InDesign guide to printing double sided

Printing double sided is an important feature to be aware of when working with InDesign. It saves paper and can be used as an aesthetic choice.

1) Once you are ready to print select File > Print. - fig.1

2) Setup - Make sure the paper size and orientation are correct. - fig.2

3) Marks and Bleed - Check that marks and bleed selections are correct. - fig.3

4) In the print menu, select Printer. - fig.4

5) Select Ok to clear away the warning. - fig.5

6) Change Layout to Xerox Features. - fig.6

7) Select which type of 2-Sided Printing you want. - fig. 7

8) Hit Print to exit the printer menu and Print again to print the document double sided. - fig. 8
